Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Conceivable ("Conceivable", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares information across both:
- The website at conceivable.com (the "Site"), where we sell storefront products.
- The Conceivable mobile app (the "App"), a fertility and wellness tool that includes the Kai AI assistant.
Because the App is designed for fertility, reproductive, and wellness tracking, we collect sensitive personal data, and this policy is written to be specific about what happens to it. Sections that apply only to one surface are marked (Site only) or (App only).
1. Personal information we collect
1.A Device Information (Site only)
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as "Device Information".
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
- "Cookies" are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
- "Log files" track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- "Web beacons", "tags", and "pixels" are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
1.B Order Information (Site only)
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay information), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as "Order Information".
1.C Account and health information (App only)
When you use the App, we collect:
- Account & identity — email, name, date of birth, password (stored only as an Argon2id hash).
- Onboarding & questionnaire — answers used to compute your Conceivable Score.
- Health entries — basal body temperature, menstrual flow, cervical mucus, ovulation tests, sexual activity, pregnancy tests, mood, stress, sleep, weight, hydration, nutrition, symptoms, medications, free-text and voice notes.
- Tasks & reminders — wellness tasks you create.
- Chat with Kai and other AI features — your messages and the conversation history.
- AI-extracted memories — short structured notes Kai derives from your conversations to personalize future responses.
- Subscription record — managed by RevenueCat and the App Store / Google Play. We store an opaque RevenueCat customer ID and your subscription status; we never receive or store payment-card numbers inside the App.
- Device & usage telemetry — request metadata for security, abuse prevention, and operational logging.
- Wearable data, if you connect it — Apple HealthKit / Google Health Connect entries you choose to sync. We access standard HealthKit metrics only (for example menstrual cycle, basal body temperature, heart rate variability, sleep, steps, and activity). We do NOT access Apple Clinical Health Records.
- Sign-in identifiers — Apple or Google stable user ID, and unless you use Apple's email relay, your email.
When this policy says "Personal Information", we mean Device Information, Order Information, and the App account/health information together.
2. How we use your personal information
2.A Site purposes
We use Order Information generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to communicate with you about your order; screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and, when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or marketing about our storefront products.
We use Device Information to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site.
2.B App purposes
We use App information to:
- Provide the App's features — calculate your Conceivable Score, predict your cycle and fertility windows, surface your tasks, and respond to your messages.
- Power Kai and the other AI features (see section 3).
- Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, security notices).
- Keep your account secure (rate limiting, abuse detection).
- Improve the App via aggregate, de-identified analytics.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not use App data — health entries, conversations with Kai, your Score, AI-extracted memories, wearable data — for advertising on this Site or anywhere else. We do not sell App data.
3. AI processing — what Kai and our other AI features see (App only)
The Conceivable AI layer is model-agnostic by design. For our current release, we send AI requests to OpenAI. If we change provider in the future, we will update this policy.
We use AI in several places, including:
(a) Chat with Kai. On each message we may send: your first name; a snapshot of your current cycle (cycle day, fertility-window status, last/next period); recent biometric trends; your task summary; recent conversation history; and your message. Kai may request additional context such as sleep entries, your task list, or cycle history.
(b) Other AI features — including conversation titles, score summaries, daily check-in synthesis, supplement recommendations, deeper analysis, and meal planning — each sends only the health and profile context needed for that feature.
Memories. Kai may save short structured "memories" derived from your conversations to personalize future responses. You can view and delete these in the App.
4. AI provider training and retention (App only)
We instruct our AI provider not to train its models on your data. For the current release we use OpenAI, and we set store: false on API requests to opt out of OpenAI's storage and training where supported. If we add a different provider in the future, we will only do so once an equivalent control is in place.
Providers may retain request data for a short period for abuse-prevention and debugging, after which it is deleted on their side.
5. Algorithmic (non-AI) features (App only)
The numeric Conceivable Score, cycle prediction, fertility-window calculation, and supplement eligibility logic do not involve an LLM and the data used for them stays on our infrastructure. Text summaries shown in the App may be AI-generated as described in section 3.
6. How we share your personal information

9. How we protect your information
- At rest (App) — sensitive health-entry fields and chat message content are encrypted before being written to the database.
- In transit — all client-server and server-to-third-party traffic uses TLS.
- Passwords — stored only as Argon2id hashes; never stored or logged in clear.
- Logging — application logs redact authentication tokens and designated personal-data fields.
- Account deletion (App) — when you delete your account, deletions cascade across health entries, tasks, conversations, notifications, wearable-sync records, OAuth links, subscriptions, scoring records, and AI-extracted memories.
10. Your rights

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. You also have the right to data portability, to withdraw consent, to object to specific uses, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us via section 14.

10.C App deletion
You can delete your account and associated data from the App's Settings. Deletions cascade across our systems and are honored when we receive account-deletion signals from Apple or Google.
